This design represents something that almost was - and something that still could be. What you’re seeing here is an early concept rendering of a potential mascot for the Tillamook Air Museum, created during early planning discussions for a children’s area mural inside Hangar B. The idea was to introduce younger visitors to the museum through friendly, imaginative visuals inspired by the aircraft, blimps, and people who made this place historic. Before those plans could move forward, Hangar B was damaged, and the museum’s future was suddenly uncertain. This shirt exists to say: those ideas still matter. If you want to see new exhibits, creative programs, kids’ spaces, and fresh ways of bringing history to life - the museum has to survive first.
