Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are intended for approved retailers and businesses. Approval is discretionary, does not create employee access, and may be reviewed.
Pricing
Wholesale prices are those shown in the current approved wholesale catalog. Product eligibility and availability may vary.
Minimums
Minimum wholesale order: 12 pieces total.
Eligible jewelry designs may be mixed to meet the minimum.
There is no per-design minimum.
Orders
Submitting a wholesale cart creates an order request, not an automatically accepted or binding order. Requests are subject to Product and component availability. R² reviews availability and fulfillment timing, then proposes a ship-ready date or window. The customer must accept the current proposal before the request is a confirmed wholesale order. R² may deny a request it cannot reasonably fulfill.
Availability
Availability may change. Cart activity and submitted requests do not reserve inventory. Quantities are reserved only through an explicitly approved canonical order-processing state.
Fulfillment
Before confirmation, R² provides a proposed ship-ready date or window for customer acceptance. Production and handling expectations, made-to-order treatment, partial fulfillment, and backorder policy: Confirmed during account or order review.
Shipping
Final shipping method, charges, and handling are determined during request review unless approved account-specific terms say otherwise. Free-shipping policy: Confirmed during account or order review.
Billing and payments
Account-specific terms may support prepaid, deposit plus balance, Net 15, or Net 30, but none is offered automatically. Approved methods, default terms, credit review, and late-payment treatment: Confirmed during account or order review.
Taxes / resale
Appropriate resale or tax-exemption documentation may be required where legally applicable. Applicants should not submit sensitive documents until R² provides a secure channel.
Returns / damages
Return eligibility, authorization process, reporting window, evidence, damaged-shipment remedy, and shipping responsibility: Confirmed during account or order review.
Cancellations / changes
Cancellation windows, change requests, deposits, and work already begun: Confirmed during account or order review.
Brand and resale expectations
Products must be represented accurately. Marketplace, geographic, branding, and other resale restrictions are not imposed unless explicitly approved and published: Confirmed during account or order review.
Account review
